Warranty and Guidelines
Thank you for checking out one of the best PWC covers on
the market today. Our Jettribe premium cover offers the most water resistant,
water repellent and weather protection for your watercraft. Our Jettribe cover
is warrantied against defects in materials, manufacturing defects, and poor
workmanship for 120 days from the date of purchase. The warranty DOES NOT cover
damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or
the natural breakdown of colours and material through time, exposure or
extensive use. If there are any issues or concerns
please complete the warranty/claim form and include appropriate attachments
(i.e. a copy of you receipt, a description of the warranty issue, as well as
pictures of the problem).
If there is a fitting issue, when
contacting us be sure to have the year of your craft, and the Jettribe Item code
(located on a tag sewn on the inside of the rear of the cover), your
watercraft's hull number (located on the rear of your craft) and model of your
watercraft.
Plus, we will need to know about any
aftermarket external parts like, riser seats, extended handle bars, rear step
ladders, wake board kits and mirrors. This will help Jettribe customer service
make sure that you have bought the correct cover for your watercraft. We have
over 57 styles of covers and they are all made to be an exact fit for the
craft.
In the rare occasion where you may
have received the wrong year/ part number, and we need to make sure that the
cover you received is the correct one. For example, the Seadoo RXT is not the
same fit as the RXT-X .
Voiding Warranty Please
make note of the following instructions. When putting your Jettribe cover on
your PWC, not following these instructions & over-tightening the cover WILL
VOID the warranty for your Jettribe watercraft cover. One of the most common
issues with the cover is that consumers tend to over tighten our
straps.
It works best if there is a little
play and give on the cover, especially when trailering. The straps should be
pulled snug but still have enough room along the edge of the cover to slide your
fist between the cover edge and the rail of your PWC. If it feels tight as drum,
then it is too tight! Our Jettribe cover is designed for the elastic shock cord
to keep your cover on snug without having to use the heavy tie downs. The tie
downs are to be used when trailering at high speed or cross winds as additional
security. Please, do not over tighten, the result might break the buckles or put
too much strain on the seams.
Our Jettribe covers are made to be
an exact fit cover, tailored to your watercraft. The following aftermarket
modifications to your watercraft are not covered under our warranty: aftermarket
aluminium handle bars, aluminium (ODI end caps) for the grips, aftermarket
throttle trigger, rear step ladder, and extended handle poles for stand up skis.
We built these covers to the exact fit to the OEM specifics of each.
Warranty (Excludes
International) All Items sold by Jettribe Australia come with 120
days Warranty, unless otherwise stated in the item description. (From Payment
Date) If your product is found to be either damaged or faulty on arrival
please complete the Warranty/Claim form and submit the form to us within 7 days
of receiving the product (with the appropriate attachments i.e. copy of the
invoice and/or images of the product issue), please include a copy of the
original invoice. Your warranty or claim will not be processed if no Invoice or
proof of purchase can be produced. Once your form has been submitted please
allow between 24-48 hours for a response to your claim. Once your form has been
submitted you shall receive a Return Authorization number (RA#). The customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
Returns must be received by Jettribe Australia within 14 calendar days from the
date the RA# is issued. Full manufacturer's warranties are supplied with
merchandise purchased from Jettribe Australia.
Return/Exchange Policy
If
you receive your item and it is the incorrect product, size or colour we will
exchange or issue a refund on unworn, unused, and unwashed products within 14
days of the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of
payment. For further clarification please complete the Warranty/Claim
form. If you did not receive items you were invoiced for or your
package was damaged during shipping, you must complete the Warranty/Claim form
and submit the form to us within 14 days of receiving the product (with the
appropriate attachments i.e. images of the product), please include a copy of
the original invoice. Your warranty or claim will not be processed if no Invoice
or proof of purchase can be produced. Once your form has been submitted please
allow between 24-48 hours for a response to your claim. Damaged items must be
returned in the ORIGINAL packaging for the claim to be honoured. Once your form
has been submitted you shall receive a Return Authorization number (RA#).

* Items must be sent back via registered post
to ensure the item does not get lost upon its return delivery. Failure to use
registered post will result in the cutomer being
responsible for the parcel and no refund will be given if the
parcel is lost in transport.
Restocking Fee
Products
that are ordered in wrong sizes, wrong colours, or wrong year model – due to
customer mistake. Buyer may be charged a 15% restocking fee based on value of
products plus buyer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
Provided products are returned in 100% New and unused condition in their
original packaging, a full product refund will be issued.
Return Procedure (Excludes
International) All items purchased from Jettribe Australia come with
a Money Back Guarantee **, this includes original postage BUT NOT the return
shipping costs. Once you have completed the
warranty/claim form and have been advised to return your item, pack all items in
a sturdy shipping carton (not just the manufacturer's carton). Include a copy of
your invoice in the carton. Please keep the original invoice. Print the RA# on
ALL 6 SIDES of the shipping carton. Packages without a visible RA# will not be
accepted. The customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most
convenient means of shipping (Must be registered). For products returned in
accordance with this policy, a replacement product will be shipped within 14
calendar days from the date we receive the merchandise.
Item(s) must be 100% as per new and
unused (15% restocking fee may apply if packing is damaged). The customer is
responsible for cost of return shipping.
International Returns All
International sales are non-refundable, we do not accept liability for lost or
damaged items (Insurance options available - Request via email), we will assist
clients as much as possible in an unlikely lost or damaged event.
